Any recommendations?

Have previously (successfully) used

pots of table salt - works but unsightly and not child friendly

2 part trays with crystals in top water collects in bottom from Homebase/wooliess - works OK, but not particularly pretty either and not particularly child friendlu as the water ends up being a bot of chemicals

has anyone tried these?

Any other suggestions?

They are also good at getting clothes dry too! We had one when we lived in a basement flat, stuck it in our bathroom over night where our washing line was and voila, next morning washing dry!!!!

We found that the room that it was in was good!

Is that the egg thing you had pink bubble?

We have a electric dehummidifier in conservatory where we dry washing but we can't/don't want to use it upstairs where we need to control window moisture because it drys the air too much and we end up with sore throats & it is too noisy.

All I know is that we bought it from B&Q about 15 yrs ago, it was one that you plugged in to the mains and as I said earlier it was good for getting your clothes dry! It also cleared the windows of the room that the de humidifier was in!
