Choosing a sous vide - please help!

Hello, I'm desperately looking for advice in choosing a sous vide to get as a present. I've had a look on Amazon and there's plenty to choose from but I have no idea what to look out for! I am hoping someone might give a recommendation or share their experience in buying one? My budget is around £150 and I understand I'd need a special tub and also vacuum machine and bags, is that right? Thank you in advance.

Hi, we have a sous vide wand and use it in the big pressure cooker pan (obviously not with the lid on). A quick look on Amazon and they're available for £70-100, Lakeland do one too.

No special bucket needed and doesn't take up much space in the cupboard.

DH just got a vacuum bag thingy for his birthday which does work better than the reusable bags but is less eco.

Our is an Anova based on a Guardian recommendation, it's been fine for about 3 years. It was £99 when I got it.
