Recommendations for baking trays but not non-stick

I want to replace two crappy baking sheets that I've had for years with something decent quality that will last for years. I have a personal dislike of non-stick Grin so don't want to buy those, which was all my local cookshop was filled with. Any suggestions for good quality brands to look at?

These will be used for pizza, biscuits, roasting, all sorts - workhorse square/rectangular needed!

USA PAN and Chicago Metallic are really good quality www.kitchencraft.co.uk/brands/chicago-metallic

I do think Silverwood are the best for baking - I line mine with a sheet of baking parchment. They distribute the heat and don't warp www.silverwood-bakeware.com/collections/bread-pizza-loaf-tins-trays

I find that the Ikea roasting tins are the best for roasting. They’re stainless steel so no coating to scratch off and they come up fantastic out of the dishwasher every time, even when I’ve burnt something in the tray!
I do use a non stick sheet for biscuits but only ever hand wash it so it’s fine.

I love the ones with an enamel coating. We've had one like this for years and it still looks practically new! I do use a reusable silicone mat on it with things that are likely to stick, but even when not used it does clean up nicely.

Verytired2019 yes I have some of those for roasting, they are great! And I can fit two side by side in the oven - one for the joint & one for the potatoes.

Thanks bingohandjob, I had a look at Silverwood as I realised my jam tart tin is from there & looks good.

Littlehouseinthebigcity do you have to be careful with metal implements or anything?

I’ve got some stainless steel ones - couldn’t find any in the UK when I was looking but DD1 lives in the US & she brought some over.

They clean up just as perfectly as the roasting tins. Smile Some food does stick though - baking paper helps.

Anyway there are some on UK amazon now Mine are bigger & shallower, with sharper edges - I’m tempted to get these myself!

@borageforager to be honest I dont use a lot of metal implements. Mostly wooden or silicone. But I've probably used the odd knife and it's not got any scratches!

Mermaid anodised. Not cheap, but not outrageously expensive either. Substantial and robust. None of my Mermaids have warped or in any way deformed in up to 20y of constant use.

Technically they're not dishwasher safe. Some of mine have been through the dishwasher and they discoloured. Still as good as ever.

Which reminds me, I need to buy another as I have my oldest baking tray to ds when he went off to uni. OTOH now that we're one fewer at home, I don't actually need another baking tray. Need v want...hmmm

I also have a fantastic, dishwasher safe, enamelled baking tray. It's got that same substantial robustness as the Mermaids anodised steel, rather than the lightness of my enamelled pie dishes. It's 'stickier' then then, though. I'd like another, but cannot remember where I bought it, nor the make.

Pyrex.
Put it in oven to preheat and the food doesn't stick.
Dishwasher safe too.

Will only buy pyrex baking trays from now on.

I absolutely love my glass Pyrex trays. They get used for absolutely everything and just get stuck in the dishwasher. No worry of scratches or things sticking or it getting rusty or bucking in the heat.
