Just what the title says really.
Got a prom from the charity shop and not sure what to use to lean it-specifically the fabric. It's not really dirty or anything but want to freshen!

If you mean prom dress, surely you simply take it to the dry cleaners Confused

Warm water with some febreze type stuff in it and sponge it down then let it dry out?

If there are any places that valet cars near you, go there and ask them for a quote to clean your pram. My auntie has a valeting machine and it’s the best thing ever and gets out almost any stains. Then leave outside to dry as it will obviously be wet afterwards!😁

We got our pram 'mot'd' at a pram repair centre. They steamed all the fabric, polished the chassis and just generally tighten everything up. You could see if there's somewhere that does that?

Clementine8 · 30/08/2020 22:07

I’ve taken all the fabric off one of mine and put it in the washing machine. Another the fabric wouldn’t come off so i used hot water and washing powder to scrub the fabric and dettol on the frame.
There are specialist companies that clean up prams too if it’a really bad.

Thank you for your responses, never even thought to see if it could be professionally done! great idea I'll have a look at whether anywhere local could do this

There is such a thing as a pram cleaning company.

I'm in Greater Manchester and used The Pram Parlour. It was professionally cleaned and polished; minor repairs. They collected it and returned it to us too.
