I need a new set of pans that will last and where the non-stick is durable

We have le cruset ones.

There a bit pricey but worth it. We asked for vouchers for birthday and Christmas to save up for them.

I have Ikea 365 stainless steel saucepans as I didn't need non stick for cooking pasta, rice, veg etc. They are fairly cheap but good quality. I then splashed out on circulon infinite frying pans and a saute pan. I've had them for nearly 9 years and the non stick coating is still going strong.

We've got the Le Creuset ones Harriet posted too. Had them now about 6 years, and no sign of problems - only a bit of wear around where the lid meets the pan. They are very heavy though.

Are the Le Creuset ones induction? We have gone through so many expensive ones like Stellar and Fissler and are happy to put money into them as long as they are good! I don't think Ikea is open at the moment

The ones above definitely are, and the cast iron things are too (I use my casserole on the induction hob)

@Mummyonline my induction hob specifically states no cast iron pans.

We have circulon non-stick saute/frying pans and Ikea stainless steel ones for rice (small) pasta (taller) and large ones for batch cooking of sauces etc.

We hand wash the circulon pans, others go in the dishwasher if they can fit. So we serve up dinner then put the circulon pan into the sink and I have an instant hot water tap so I half fill it and wipe out pretty much everything then eat dinner and wash it up properly afterwards. This care an attention means they have lasted a long time.
