Now I don't drink tea and I don't have false teeth, but for some reason I think those tablets you soak your teeth in are supposed to do the job well.

Barmans Friend powder - get it from Sainsburys/John Lewis. Put it on a damp cloth and wipe the insides of the mugs.

My mum always used bicarb of soda on a dish cloth, old fashioned but it does work.

if all else fails scallding water teaspoon bleach rinse well, rinse well, rinse well.

Salt.
pour it in and rub it with your fingers. Comes off straight away.

Use a dishwasher.

Tiny drop of bleach, cup full of cold water overnite. Gets rid of all stains on the cup just wash out properly in the morning

Astonish paste from Lakeland is good for tea stains.

i always put some ariel in and fill with boiling water and leave for about 10mins ,and i also stick the teaspoons in the cups at the same time.

Easy peasy and this will clean up your teaspoons also.

Any clothes washing powder, large pile into mucky cup, add boiling water, stick in the tea stained teaspoons, leave it fr a bit - hour will do, longer if you like. Then rinse off and wipe the grime away. Worse it is, longer you should leave it, and if you use the green part of a scourer, they will be shiny shiny.
