My stepson has recently gone full vegan. Main meal is fine, but nibbles/snacks etc. Also breakfast (I'm looking for things that are nice for everyone).

Get a vegan Christmas magazine they usually have lots of ideas and sometimes have breakfast recipes too.
There is a dough which is vegan which you cook to make Danish pastries. I think it is cinnamon whirls. I bought it last year for DD. You just slice them and bake. I think the 🥐 were vegan too.
Porridge with chopped apple and cinnamon.
Layer fruit with coconut yoghurt.
Pancakes (made with oat milk)with maple syrup.

Nibbles: nuts, crisps, non-creamy dips, vegetable sticks, falafels, vegan sausage rolls, flapjack made with dairy-free spread, vegan cheese with crackers and chutney, silverskin pickled onions, sweetfire (chilli infused) pickled beetroot, slow baked seasoned chickpeas/butter beans/mixed seeds.

Breakfasts: porridge made with non-dairy milk, toast with anything non-dairy, fry up (vegan sausages, beans, garlic fried mushrooms, big griddled tomato, griddled halloumi), granola with non-dairy yoghurt.

Off the top of my head!

We like to do pancakes or waffles for breakfast, pancakes are just made with flour, oat Milk and a mashed banana, then top with coconut yoghurt, fruit compote, maple syrup or chopped nuts. For a really easy breakfast treat the jus roll cinnamon rolls that you just slice and bake in the oven are vegan (but contain palm oil sadly so I'm avoiding them now).
Crumpets and bagels are usually vegan too, as are lots of breakfast cereals - I like deliciously Ella granola with coconut yoghurt and frozen fruit.

@fishonabicycle - easy recipes if vegan I just found - the sprout crisps took no time and he can have them all as a treat - crunchy and seriously good, my husband and 2 year old demolished them!

Brek - carrot porridge with cinnamon, grated carrot, vanilla essence, water, nutmeg - tastes like carrot cake ! Chop apple/banana and cook with from start - the spices make it taste alot like Christmas!

The jus-rol ones from any old supermarket are vegan. I find them pretty grim though.

Try the accidentally vegan fb group for stuff like oreos/party rings etc that are vegan that you might not think were. Tesco free from stuff is good, their soft cheese substitute is quite pleasant on crackers. Overnight oats with plant based milk, cinnamon, fruit and nuts is nice, i put a bit of alpro cherry soy yoghurt in. Lidl have some AMAZING hot chocolate in atm that is suitable for vegans, it comes in salted caramel or chilli flavour and it rocks.

Ocado have vegan croissants that come in a pack of five. They are more like a cross between a traditional croissant and a brioche but they are really nice.

I really like tofu scramble with cooked mushrooms and toast, you could also add the Richmond vegan sausages and baked beans or tomatoes for a full English breakfast.

For nibbles most crisps are vegan and obviously nuts, plus lots of biscuits are vegan.

Is there anything specific you'd like to Veganise?

Jus roll croissants, pain au chocolat and cinnamon whirls are all dairy and egg free, just double check theres no other sneaky animal products in them but I think they're fine.

Also cheese and onion crisps from aldi are vegan and delicious!

Oatly do a nice vegan custard and creme fraiche for dipping.

Morrisons frozen crispy mushrooms were vegan last time I bought them.

Linda McCartney sausage rolls are really nice with Hellmans vegan mayo.

Chic chip hobnobs, most chocolate bourbons (not aldi), party rings, are vegan. As are most supermarket own brand 'after eights' but not actual after eights.

I but all these for someone with an egg and dairy allergy, but as ever check the labels on everything just incase something has changed.
