Coat in DD's wardrobe going a bit mouldy

Just looked in DD's wardrobe and noticed her winter coat which she's not worn for a few months has some sort of white mildew/mould on the arms/the bottom or it. It's a kind of anorak/parka shower proof thing.

I don't see signs of mould on any of the other clothes in her wardrobe, but everything is pretty crammed together.

I can't boil the coat, but was thinking of doing a rinse cycle with a cup of vinegar then washing with biological washing powder. I think this will remove visible mould, but I don't know if it would kill it/the coat be OK to wear if I don't boil it?

Also, what about all the other clothes in her wardrobe? There's severe lack of drying weather or drying space in my home and I'd already planned out getting through the existing laundry pile - do I need to wash all of the other clothes? Not sure if they are hygienic/safe to wear :(

What other measures do I need to take?

Thanks

How old is she? If not really little, I wouldn't worry.
Is the wardrobe against an outside wall?
My daughters fitted wardrobe is against an outside wall, meaning the inside of it feels cold. When she is at school I often go in her room and leave the wardrobe open, to let the air circulate. She hates being hot, and always has her radiator off, which I tell her off for, as I say her clothes will go mouldy. So heat on, doors open, window open too. Maybe a declutter if clothes are crammed. I would possibly wash whatever was touching the coat, but nothing else.

I don’t know about cleaning it, but I would definitely try to create some space between the wardrobe and the wall. You may find the back of the wardrobe has mould on it too.

Once cleaned, dried and aired you might find one of those silica filled pots useful to place inside.
