Teeny tiny flies

Aaaarrrggghhh what are these?
They are in my kitchen around the sink.
Threw any all fruit in case it's that they even came to the supermarket with me they were hanging around my shopping bags
What can I do

Have you tried cleaning your shopping bags? Might be little spills in or on them. They can be attracted to fruit bowls, or residues on sponges, sinks and tea towels, as well as bins and slightly dirty recycling

Absolutely fungus flies. Buy some yellow sticky thingies.

They are attracted to yellow, and they can’t then reproduce because they are well stuck and well dead😊

Do you have pot plants? Tiny flies can breed in the soil

Sounds like fruit flies. I get rid of them by putting some apple cider vinegar in a jar with a couple of drops of washing up liquid, they're attached to the vinegar and I think they get drunk off the fumes or something, because they fall in the jar and the washing up liquid does something to the surface of the water that stops them getting out, it works a treat.

Yes I've got a very nice cactus !!
I've emptied all shopping bags now and washed those I can
Seems to be improving
