Cleaning high up windows

I am thinking of getting some tools to clean windows that are high up eg above a stair well and in a high ceiling.

Am considering either this...

www.lakeland.co.uk/25268/Extendable-Window-Wash-and-Squeegee

Or an extendable pole for the karcher window vac which I have already. But the pole is ££££

Has anyone got either if the above and would recommend/not recommend.

Any hints and tips?

Concerns are:

  • how do you get the water onto the Lakeland extendable window cleaner and/or squeeze it. Can't worn out how you use it! There no accompanying special bucket to use and squeeze excess water like a normal mop.
  • I find it hard with the window vac to apply the right amount of pressure to not get streaks and often have to buff with a cloth. Not sure how this would work in a pole.

Thoughts?

With the lakeland one, dip, drip and scrub.

Nevr had success with the window vac. Use it for cleaning up condensation.

Thanks @PickAChew when you say drip do you mean just leave it for a few seconds to drip? It's quite long, do I need a special bucket?

I just mean it will go everywhere, whether you want it to or not!

Oh really, not sure I like the idea if that! Sounds very messy!

Any better suggestions for something that I can use?
