Does anyone else just love Method products?

I discovered Method thanks to this forum and it's great! I love the almond wooden floor cleaner, and also the rhubarb kitchen cleaner. I've bought the mint bathroom cleaner but haven't tried that one yet.

They just smell gorgeous and so much nicer than traditional cleaning products. They actually make me want to clean the house!

Yes! I love them too! They smell so nice! I love Ecover camomile and clementine washing up liquid too. So much nicer than the usual stuff x

Not since they sold out as they are no longer cruelty free. Such a shame as I used to buy a lot of their products.

I'd do, but buy you have to be more careful than you think.

After years of cleaning my chrome door handles with a quick spritz of dettox spray and a rub, I switched to the Method equivalent and have completely ruined them Sad

I don’t buy them or Ecover anymore- they’re a lie, resting on their past good reputation, nowadays they’re not eco or cruelty free..😡

Tesco’s do a eco range that is much nicer, cheaper and smells lovely.

Loungewear, oh no! Sad On their website it says this - but still disappointing to hear of the affiliation with a company that does test on animals.

is method tested on animals?
never. method is 100% cruelty-free, has never tested its products nor their ingredients on animals and does not endorse, request nor commission any animal testing on our behalf.

Also, I wonder how long they'll keep up their cruelty-free stance now they belong to SC Johnson?

Yep, my house is so much cleaner when I have some method in. The pink pomelo is my all time favourite cleaner and the almond floor cleaner is heaven. Wish I had some in now because I have to clean my house and all I have is Tesco own brand anti bac Confused

I love the pink grapefruit one. I’m
Not in the UK though so can only get this and the labender one. I really want to try the wood cleaner!

I am contemplating on starting to make my own cleaner with essential oils though for environmental reasons.

They're not what they were. The formulations have changed and they aren't the ethical brand of days gone by.

No, Method products
-stink
-people have allergic reactions to them
-are not especially effective
-are overpriced

Get e cloths, some vinegar, a little bit of ecover multisurface for stobborn dirt, soapy wood wash for floors.

Method is a method of pouring non- natural smelly money down the drain

I don't mind method but Splosh is even better. Less fragrance, refillable, and cheaper!

I love Method! All time faves are almond floor cleaner and polish. Clementine spray and my absolute number 1 is the Ylang Ylang Shower Spray. This is also amazing.on glass, mirrors, granite worktops, and chrome. (disclaimer / I use it for all this with amazing results but that’s my choice) xx
