I war be getting my ancient washing machine repaired again, and am beginning to circle round possible replacements.
So many nowadays seem to have dial and touchscreen rather than dial and buttons. I just recoil from this as it seems more complicated, and more likely to fuck the whole thing if it goes wrong.
But am I missing something here? Why do people like them? Should I tell my inner technophobe to bugger off and get the Bosch? Or go for the John Lewis (made by AEG) that still has buttons (and is still a Which? Best Buy)
