i usually just use a lot of window spray and kitchen roll....current spray is blue, vinegary, and surprisingly good at bath cleaning too, since I was in there and cba to go get a new bathspray

If I am going wild with visitors are coming the cleaning then the bathroom gets a thorough doing, hot soapy water and a plastic scrubby on the tiles, shower doors, mirrors and then a spritz of whatever glass cleaner there is and a microfibre cloth to polish.

I use white vinegar and a Muslin cloth and it always gets rid of the smears.

I have started using Nilglass cleaning spray, I have found it brilliant when using a microfibre cloth. I brought mine in Lakeland but you can probably buy it elsewhere.

Newspaper dipped in vinegar and water then polished off with another piece of dry newspaper - they come up sparkly clean with no smears at all!

See I've tried most of these methods and still my windows are really smeared. Starting to think it might be because our windows are really old.

I give the windows a good scrub first with washing up liquid, wash them off with water then while they still have a bit of water on them I spray with white vinegar and rub until they're streak free either using a muslin or newspaper.

Also check that your double glazing hasn't blown as it will mist up inside and cause streaks you can't clean

I just use a wet rag to clean then a dry rag to buff. No cleaning products. I found them all too streaky.

Washing up liquid and E cloth for Windows.

White vinegar spray about £1 from Wilkos, and e-cloth for glass - no smears.
