Ugh - my shower looks terrible, previous tenants seem to have never cleaned it

Shower looks horrible. I think it's a combo of soap and hard water. I've tried a bit of a scrub with my usual cleaning products and my DM even took a brillo pad to it, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

HG mould spray and HG limescale remover. Both incredible. Take a look at the reviews on Amazon. They really do work amazingly well. You can get them in Homebase, if you don't do Amazon.
