How much should I ask Cleaner to do in 3 hours

I'm frazzled so going to get a cleaner to do 3 hours a week to give me some time back ! I'm new to this ... seeing Cleaner next week. Will be £13 per hour ... what do you think is reasonable to ask them to get done in a 3 hour time frame ?

I run a cleaning business... how bigs your house? For a large 4 bed, en suite, family bathroom, cloakroom, utility room etc I’d say 3 hours. In that time for this size property you would expect, dusting, interior glass mirrors, and glass doors, full clean of all bathrooms and kitchen... hoover and mop. Hope this helps

Any time left can be used on cobwebbing and skirting boards

What about a smaller house - 2 bed 1 bathroom small kitchen?

Depends on how much stuff you have and how long it's been since the house was cleaned.

I have a 2 bed 1 bath house, large rooms though. Cleaner does 2.5 hrs a week and in that time cleans the bathroom, kitchen Inc mop, dusts and Hoover's everywhere. There us time left over for cobwebbing, inside Windows (over two weeks) and she will bring in/hang out washing.

We have 3 beds, kitchen, large reception and a utility. Cleaner does all of that, change bed linen, washing, tidy up after us, empty dishwasher etc, cleans windows, hoovers in just over 3 hours. We pay for 4 and in ther remaining time she does the ironing at home.

We can't actually find anything as she is much much tidier than us though Blush
