All in one juicer and smoothie maker

Hi, I have an old juicer that's rather faffy use and clean, and a smoothie maker that's past it's best as well. My kids love to make smoothies and I'm keen to get myself back into juicing again, and to get the kids into that too.

I'm looking for recommendations for something that will do both things if possible. It needs to be easy to use and clean, not too big and preferably able to take whole, unpeeled fruits.

Is there such a thing?? TIA Smile

Nutribullet? I'm not a fan of smoothies or fruit juices but I've heard people rave about this one.

Thanks Mike, I'd heard of them, looks like it could be a good option, just looking into it.

bog standard food processor will do both. Remember that mushing up food wrecks some nutrition, and it is very easy to get fat on smoothies or juices.

Bog std Food Processor would probably go in the dishwasher if you have one and you could use it for other cooking things too.
The fewer gadgets the better IMO.

Nutribullet +1 - Had one about two years and it's still going strong. We started to use it a lot less after the initial buzz wore off (maybe once a week now!), but its very slimline and stays out on the side the whole time. Some food processors are cheaper but they tend to be bulky!

You can also use it to help cook "normal" food as there are two different types of attachment.

Having just traded in my fancy old Magamix (which I hated (was a gift, I didn't choose it)) for this Ninja and i LOVE it. Like you I mainly use it for smoothies and soups and occasionally chopping herbs - this thing is perfect: Ninja Master Prep Professional Chopper 500W - QB1001UKBK

Vitamix - expensive but will last for years and there customer service is exceptionally good.
You came a smoothie in 30 second or less.
I use mine for baking, hummus, smoothies etc
It the most versatile piece of equipment that every kitchen should have.
They are a US company, but do ship to the UK.

Yes we have the nutri ninja chopper as well. Previously had the nutri bullet but think the ninja is far superior and more versatile.
