Would they survive a delicates cycle? And if not, how do I best address their stickiness? They are giving me the boak.

Well, I would. Then stuff them with newspaper and get them dry quickish near a radiator or in the sun.

I hear the dishwasher is quite good for washing footwear...

The dishwasher will be a lot hotter. I'd try some bio detergent in the machine. If you can't wear them at the moment, you've nothing to lose.

Hi op, do you have a sports wash on your machine? I use this for ds's trainers and the occasional pair of dp's. They take about 1-2 days to dry but come out spotless.

If not then I would probably use a delicate
cycle. I've been doing it for years. Good luck!
