How can i get a bit of glass out of the dishwasher spray arm?!

Dishwasher hasn't been cleaning that well so I had a look and there is a piece of glass blocking one of the main jets.

I tried with tweezers, but it's too big to get out through the jet hole.

So I tried to take the rotor arm off, couldn't work out how to get tit off so I looked in the manual. It says "Do not try to remove the rotor arm" .

Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you push with the tweezers in the hope of breaking it into pieces small enough to remove? (The glass, not the rotor arm. )
