We are a busy family of two adults, two kids and I'm in such a food rut! Feel like I cook the same things each week.

Can anyone suggest some meals from this fortnight's meat pack? My family will be so grateful! Grin

4x steak burgers
6 thick pork sausages
1lb diced steak
1lb minced steak,
1 whole chicken
4x chicken fillets
Family size mince pie
1lb diced chicken breast

We don't eat meat every night and I usually bulk out stews with lentils and freeze leftovers etc so it easily lasts us a fortnight with some thrifty meals here and there! Tia!

I'm not sure about OP, but thanks to Melina that's my meal plan sorted for the next two weeks. Just the sort of things my family will love thats not spag bol and sausage and mash AGAIN.

Haha I wrote that as I'm struggling with my bloody own!

We're stuck in a rut too... now trying to figure out if I can accomodate the fussy ones without too much hassle! Grin

Thats the problem I've got. One doesn't like sauces, one doesn't like spice and the 4 year old doesn't eat anything unless it's plain and in its own space on her plate. Lots to try there though.

Chicken roast dinner
Chicken choritzo lasagne (with leftovers)
Sausage plait ( use half the sausages)
Sausage pasta
Half 2 chicken fillets and bread for chicken burgers
Shepherds pie/chilli/tacos
Philly cheese steak sandwiches/
Beef in gravy
Hunters chicken bake (as you could expect a hunters chicken but with diced meat all thrown in together and baked)
Chicken stroganoff

I'm sure more will come to me, I'll pop back

Thank you!

Melina and leboob you are amazing.

My kids have been known to be incredibly fussy but if I put some 'safe' food with whatever is new they're more likely to try it at least. And I can totally recommend home made pizza (Google how to make the base from cauliflower and herbs) and sprinkle a healthy amount of pizza dust broccoli on top. It's probably one of their most healthy meals Blush

Mine are addicted to Greek yogurt pizza just now but cauliflower sounds healthier...
