How long should this take to clean?

Going back to work in may after maternity leave and thinking of getting all of our cleaning done for us weekly. I've had cleaners before but there was two of them and it was only every fortnight (we cleaned in between) so not sure how much time I should allow for one cleaner weekly.

WC - tiles, sink, toilet, mirror, floor
Utility - surfaces, fronts of machines, floor
Kitchen - surfaces, tiles, table, hob, bin, floor
Bathroom - 3 piece suite, overhead shower & screen, tiles, mirror, floor
Hall & porch- dust & floor
Dining room - dust & Hoover
4 x bedrooms - dust, Hoover & mirrors
Living room - dust, Hoover & mirror
Study - dust & Hoover
Sunroom - dust & Hoover

There will no tidying up to do and only the utility, kitchen, bathroom, 2x bedrooms & living room are used regularly so the other rooms are literally a quick dust & Hoover (I'm allergic to dust so like the whole house to be kept on top of)

We will continue to do all tidying, laundry, bed changing ourselves and will probably arrange for fridge, oven, insides of windows to be done less often on a maybe monthly basis?

I would say 2.5-3 hours. It depends on the size of the house/rooms though and whether the layout means the work "flows". Some house can be really odd they way they are laid out and getting round them seems to take longer than it should.

At Least 4/5 hours, probably worth doing a couple of mornings a week.

Sorry, should have said, I was a cleaner.

jen The rooms are quite large but very tidy and hardly any difficult clutter. I think it takes me 3 hours but I'm knackered by the end of it as I don't stop. Maybe I should time myself next time.

Yes time yourself. I also found when I started a new cleaning job the first session would always take longer and then after that it's settled into a predictable time frame. If you are doing it in 3 hours (but are knackered) then I'd maybe allow 3.5 for the cleaner and see how they get on.
