I've got no draining board and currently have a two tier stainless steel draining rack with stainless steel tray. In a very hard water area and doing several loads of dishes a day (we have no dishwasher nor space for even a countertop one, as much as I'd love one), I find it gets very grimy very easily and it's a pain cleaning all the nooks and crannies of the metal rack, plus the tray never looks clean even if I scrub it.
Have been searching for something easier to clean. Ideally two tier as well - it definitely needs to hold A LOT at a time or it would do my head in, think glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, a pan or two plus cutlery, in one wash load.
Ideally it would also be not too modern looking as it's a cottage with everything else being quite traditional. In saying that, the closest I found so far is the extendable Joseph Joseph one for being easy to clean but it's not two tier and is definitely modern.
Any suggestions?
