Aga + boiler or Rayburn?

Hello, we've just bought a house and we will need to redo the kitchen entirely plus get a new boiler. I'm thinking this might be my chance to get an Aga or Rayburn. There is a chimney and fireplace space in the kitchen where there had been a range once upon a time. There is just myself and my partner most of the time as my only son is off to university this year. We both work from home so we are almost always in. I cook a lot and I have cooked on ranges before. I love cooking on them so I'm happy with that side of things. I am very into canning and preserving so spending an entire day cooking isn't a rare occurrence for me. Is it worth getting a Rayburn to do both cooking and heating, or should I get a separate Aga and boiler? I have a conventional cooker which is fine and which will fit into the utility room as a spare cooker if needed during the summer.

I can't get gas where we are but I am part of an oil buying club. Our last two tank fills came in at 35ppl so we get good rates. I'm not against solid fuel though (wood or peat and wood) with an oil boiler backup or as just a cooker. I'm not sure if we can get solar panels as we are in a conservation area so I'd be wary about getting an electric range. Any advice out there on what's best to do? There are so many options I'm getting very confused :-/
