TR1 Transfer meaning "TR1 is approved as drawn"

Hey folks, we're in the last stages of buying a home, the sellers solicitors mentioned in one of their responses:
"TR1 approved as drawn".
I understand the TR1 is the Transfer document, just the terminology of it being "approved as drawn" ... does this mean that they have received the transfer letter and are happy with it?
I'm just slightly worried it might mean that it has been withdrawn. Ideas?

I'd assume it means "as drawn up" (as written) but you can check with your solicitor if you are unsure - drop them an email. Is it the Land Registry document that transfers ownership of the property from them to you?

Thank you Fizrim, you're putting my mind at ease!
My solicitors aren't the easiest to get hold of, so I thought I'd try on here in the meantime!
Yes I believe it's the Land Registry document, a bit odd that they just refeered to / acknowledged that document, but no others.

I just means the transfer is approved as drafted and doesn't need any amendments. Its a crucial doc which is why it will have been specifically mentioned. It is the doc that transfers the legal title. Yours solicitors sound awful.

Thank you 'goodlife, so good to have someone in the know! Haha I don't want to say too much about them until the sale is done and dusted, but be they'll be sure to have an honest review from me!
