Opinions on some light fittings please!!!

We're having a major re-decoration in our house.
We've just bought this wallpaper and am about to buy 2 of these for some wall light fittings we have.

Do you think this would go with everything as a main light fitting, bearing in mind the wall ones are glass?

Yeah, TK Maxx is good but we havent got one near us which is a real shame.
I love shopping in their home dept.

Habitat also good for lighting, generally.

Sorry I don't think the glass bulb covers go with the wallpaper, it's so simple and they're so well, grannyish . I do think the original capiz shell pendant went with the wallpaper but it does need to be big enough. We also have a big ceiling rose and a chandelier like the Laura Ashley one below (but from Matalan!) and it looks really weedy in comparison.

Ooh yes, those wall lights are fab!

Like others, I don't think the 2 styles go, and not sure about wall ones with the wallpaper. I'd probably only have themwith plain walls going for a full on chi chi effect. Even Matelan had some nice looking light fittings yesterday and B and Q have huge selections.

I like the capiz shades - saw some at £60 in The Pier and I need 3 for the bedroom. Too £££. Off to Laura Ashley this afternoon!

Its too late now to change the wall lights cos I've gone and ordered them

At least I've decided to get a glass one though lol.

Swedishmum - Homebase also have some Capiz ones (not completely the same, but definitely cheaper!).
