Alwaysrushingaround · 01/02/2015 21:57

Marking place as would love some info on this, would especially love some new bed linen with curtains to match!

I have this with matching curtains. It's lovely Smile

I've got some V&A that I love for winter as it's really heavy and then some nice monsoon stuff for summer.

ouryve · 01/02/2015 22:05

Our sheets are the extra deep supima ones from M&S - have a deep mattress plus topper and not much else fits in colours we like.

I have a white seersucker duvet set from M&S - satisfyingly crisp when fresh on.

And a much more colourful affair from John Lewis. Lovely and soft and smooth.

ouryve · 01/02/2015 22:06

My parents have that PartyFops. It's very pretty.

Really love pure cotton, washes great.

BumWad · 01/02/2015 22:06

I've got a Dorma set too very nice and Christy which is ok

TarkaTheOtter · 01/02/2015 22:09

Jigsaw and orla kiely.

ChippyMinton · 01/02/2015 22:10

Sanderson percale sheets + colourful PiP Studio duvet set.

Hallamoo · 01/02/2015 22:11

Don't mind, but has to be 100% cotton, at least 300 thread count. Tk Maxx usually have good quality ones at reasonable prices.

John Lewis Egyptian Cotton after years of sleeping on cotton polyester or summat.

Worth the extra money...

IgnoreMeEveryOtherReindeerDoes · 01/02/2015 22:16

Star by Julien Macdonald, don't bother though because its a bitch to Iron but it does look lovely on.

Alwaysrushingaround · 01/02/2015 22:27

Dunelm don't deliver to irelandSad
Thanks though - that set is fab

UmizoomiThis · 01/02/2015 22:35

French linen recommended on a thread here last year from Soak & sleep

Lovely

Meplusyouequals4 · 01/02/2015 22:46

no brand preference just so long as it's 100% cotton and at least a 300 thread count. most of ours are 400 tbh

gincamelbak · 02/02/2015 00:37

John Lewis.

(Sheets and bottom pillowcases are seconds. Top pillowcases and duvet covers are sales)

All have washed really well. Two duvet sets are almost 7 years old and wearing well.

clary · 02/02/2015 00:41

I have some lovely mega-thread count bedding from Dunelm, most of it is Dorma, 350 thread count I think.

It's lovely, washes and irons really well.

When I win the lottery I will have a maid to put fresh ironed linen on every day :)

shovetheholly · 02/02/2015 13:46

I have a Muji bedset in jersey for the winter and it's lovely and warm (and doesn't need ironing!!). It has a zip instead of buttons on the duvet cover.

I have just bought a Behrens set, because it was cheap in TK Maxx, and it's lovely.

The White Company, it was this range or John Lewis' equivalent and we went to go feel both. Decided on TWC, we've got a few of their other sets too.

A mixture of John Lewis (only cheapest ones) BHS and Homebase and others. I keep thinking will get a set of luxury ones but never do.

MaccaPaccaismyNemesis · 02/02/2015 15:28

Sanderson and bedeck are flipping amazing, they wash well and are great quality cotton.
