Recycling - what do you store yours in?

We have a really small kitchen, with a dining room leading off from it - almost open plan. Because the kitchen is so small, there is no room for a recycling box/bin, so we currently keep the the battered old council one in the dining room, where it looks horrible.
I need something which easily cleanable, but which is not an eyesore.
Have googled bins, and nothing at all visually acceptable comes up.
So looking for a bit of inspiration.
What do you all use?
This is for plastics,tins etc, not food waste.
Any suggestions please?

I just use a huge plastic canvas sainsburys bag which lives in cupboard and is emptied when it is full when it overflows

We have three bins that sit in the two cupboards under the kitchen sink.

All of the plastic, paper and tins go in a large-ish bin which was previously the bin of our defunct paper shredder. The front is curved so it's easy to open the cupboard door and chuck stuff in.

We have one of these attached to inside of the cupboard doors for general rubbish.

We have wheelie bins for recyclables - it goes straight into those. We have a tiny kitchen too.

We have a re-cycle and waste double bin from Aldi, and bench top composter for veggie scraps. The double bin capacity is not large, but this a good thing, to counteract tottering piles of newspapers and wine bottles, as well as festering general waste.

All this despite a massive recycling wheelie bin outside. Too lazy to walk tens steps. :o

We have 3 wheels bins and two other plastic boxes which all sit outside , to the left of my back door , behind the hut.
I just put my recyclable items straight outside as soon as they are used up
No room for any boxes inside plus wouldn't like a cluttered box being visible
Did initially start with a nice wicker basket for the plastics but just looked too untidy so had to go!

We have stackable plastic ones from IKEA that have a lid with a flap. Nice and easy to clean too. Believe they were about £6 each.

I can't keep mine in the kitchen either. I use one of these IKEA things in the hall (bottom of some shelves). It's fairly discrete, a good size and easy to clean. You can stack them too.

I just use a normal kitchen swing bin for plastics and paper recyclables, but keep it outside the back door rather than inside.

Was hoping that someone may have found a prettier solution, but it looks like plastic bin is the way to go.

We put the recycling box just outside the back door and shove it all straight outside. If we're using the garden or have people round we stick it round the side of the house til done.
