Has anyone got any suggestions for rescuing it? We don't have any same day dry cleaners round our way, and interview is Monday.

Bicarb is your friend here. Lay suit out, sprinkly bicarb on whiffy bits. Leave. Then brush off with clean stiff brush (old/dry toothbrush works well).

Goof luck!

CMOTDibbler · 07/11/2014 12:51

Febreeze it on the inside

Swannykazoo · 07/11/2014 12:53

Cheap vodka sprayed on and allowed to evaporate is allegedly what costume departments in theatres etc do

BikeRunSki · 07/11/2014 12:55

Febreeze

OneHandFlapping · 07/11/2014 13:19

Ooh - definitely have cheap vodka! Blush.

And bicarb.

And febreeze is easy to get too.

Thanks everyone. It looks like I'm sorted!

Sorry but had to laugh at the thought of OP going to an interview smelling of cheap vodka. Grin

SonorousBip · 07/11/2014 13:58

LOL re going smelling of cheap vodka. That will happen as you warm up - and let's face it, you will in an interview. And I always think Febreze makes you smell like someone who is a bit smelly but covering it up!

Honestly - bicarb.

OneHandFlapping · 07/11/2014 16:24

I'll try bicarb first!

Thanks for the warnings.
