I want a pillow like a cloud to rest my tired head...

I've tried so many pillows and need to find something no less than perfect.

Memory foam - horrible and hard, hated it. Like sleeping on a book.

80% duck down / 20% duck feather bought as a special purchase from john lewis - ok but my head sinks in flat with the filling all puffed up around my face. I have to squash it back into shape severe times in the middle of the night.

Bog standard microfibre - meh. A bit solid.

Any recommendations?

Dunlopillo.

Expensive but worth every penny.

I could have written this post OP. I have spent a fortune on pillows over the years ... searching for The One.

I hate dunlopillo - overstuffed, no give.

But then I love memory foam so maybe that means you're the opposite of me and dunlopillo is the one for you!

Dunlopillo. Expensive but I won't tell you how long I've had mine Blush

dunlopillo super comfort is the best one. nice and squishy but supportive.

We used to use the JML Resteasy pillows but they don't last well. In the end we splurged on Tempur pillows. First night was really weird but now we love them.

I'm allergic to feathers, so have a pillow that's made of cluster fibre - like hollow fibre, but little balls of it, so it's as mould-able as feathers. It also washes very well.

This sort of thing

Wool pillow from Baavet, three weights (soft/med/firm, I use med).

Breathable so they don't get hot. Plumpable in the morning but the medium one doesn't squish too much. I'm a side sleeper with a kmackered neck and this pillow is one of very few that leave with pain free in the morning.

The other good one for me was a top range IKEA down/feather pillow but they've changed their range completely so I've no idea which would be nearest now.

I love my Dunlopillows but DP hates them, they are quite heavy and firm but my neck has been less achey since I started sleeping with one.
