Bloody moths have eaten my coat...

...anywhere I can send it to be patched? It's a fabulous tweedy field coat - hardly flipping worn - and the little flappy swines have eaten two holes in it.

Help please!

Start by putting the coat in the freezer to kill off any larvae www.ehow.com/how_8516954_kill-moths-wool.html

Do you have a sewing machine? How big are the holes and where are they? You may be able to repair the coat by sewing on some pieces of leather if they are in a place that looks deliberate rather than like a patch.

I feel your pain. I have lost cashmere cardis to the buggers. I agree with freezer, it will kill larvae. I have discovered you have to do regular " audits " of your woollens. Kill all moths you spot on your walls. I store cardis in zip lock bags ( from Brora, not pricy). Check coats regularly. And Hoover woolen carpets frequently.
