Although I'd love to, I can't justify the £725 for a fully integrated Miele dishwasher......so what other brand would you recommend please?

Beko, we love ours, Bosch are also really good too

I've owned two Bosch / Neff dishwashers (they were identical apart from the badging) and rent a flat currently with the same dishwasher in it. All have been fab and lasted well (one I own and one I rent are both > 10 years old with no issues).

however my Dad has been having lots of problems with his - it is one of the most expensive Bosch ones and has broken down innumerable times. Maybe it was the Friday afternoon one though?

On a related note I am a huge fan of a cutlery drawer - my next dishwasher will have one as I think it really frees up useful space in the bottom tray.

We have a Bosch but not integrated, it's very good. SIL has an integrated dishwasher that is very very very quiet but shines a light on the floor while its on, very handy as its so quiet you can't tell it's on.

Whirlpool - had it for almost 7 years, daily use and has never gone wrong once

Siemens.Gosh the germans are fab at this sort of stuff aren't they?

Siemens. Had Meile that was quieter but other than that very similar. Recommend the ones with a cutlery tray at the top.

Another vote for Siemens really loved ours it is 3 year old now and not needed anything done to it. ( our washing machine is also siemens and 10 years old still going strong)
