Hi ladies, I'm having my second baby in April (first is 2 and a half) so thinking about preparing some freezable meals that DH can prepare easily just after I give birth. I ended up living off toast and biscuits with my first as I could barely leave my bedroom thanks to constant breastfeeding. I'm vegetarian and he's a complete novice in the kitchen so I'm thinking of getting a couple of pyrex dishes so I can make some pasta bakes or a veggie shepherd's pie to freeze with an instructions label on them. Has anybody tried freezing their meals ahead of child birth and, if so, do you have any tips or ideas? Thanks :-)
