I have a window cleaner for the outside windows but need to get a grip on the inside ones. I use fairy liquid well diluted then rinse then rub with newspaper but still get smears. Whats the story with vinegar, or any other suggestions please.

i have two clothes that you just use warm water with and they clean windows brilliantly! i'll go and find the website address where you can order them and let you know. they are really fantastic!

Hot water with a shot of white vinegar in it. Rub it over with a clean dishcloth then rub dry with a a clean piece of muslin or similar. No smears.

Microfibre cloth and hot water, followed by chamois? Or followed by another dry microfibre cloth. Like these .

Nilglass (from Lakeland) and a microfibre cloth works for me...

saw 'how clean is your house' ( may be getting a little obsessive) tonight. They reckoned warm water with a bit of cornflour in. Haven't tried it but sounds like homemade windoline.

my Dad swears by warm water with a sprinkling of dishwasher powder

I always get streaks with windowlene. I saw some cloths in lakeland the other day, but they seemed very expensive.
