because its foul, and no amount of scrubbing will get it clean.

A stanley knife? Carefully.

Get a scraper and gently....scrape..and rub pull (most of it should pull.)
Big tip...when re-doing it, fill bath with water first and leave it full of water while drying or it will crack when you do fill the bath....!

Screwfix do a silicone sealant remover liquid. Bet B&Q do the wsame. However, I've found that a stanley knife does the job pretty well.

i know that trick marz, unforuntaly the previous tenants here dodnt, and the sealant is a mess and a health hazard as its black in the cracks and i cant clean it.

Joys of renting...but it is such a joy to lay in bath when it is re-done...I kept going into the bathroom just to admire it!! oh...sad I know!

I used to live inflat with no window in bathroom...so eternal mould/damp problem....not just on sealant but tile grouting too...

dh uses a razor blade (bought from a craft shop).
We seem to be in an endless cycle of re-sealing baths and showers
