How big is your rotary dryer?

If you have a rotary dryer, can you let me know how many meters of drying space you have or how big the dryer is.

We've moving soon and are planning to get a rotary dryer instead of the ordinary line we have at the moment. The sizes seem to vary. Obviously want one big enough to hang all our washing on (have a 7kg load machine, but most of time do half loads), but not so massive it takes up loads of room.

I think ours is a 40m one. Worth noting though, that if you're washing stuff that's either quite thick, or lots of things of the same size, you may want to just use alternate lines to maximise air flow.

I love ours, it copes with at least four loads of washing from a normal sized drum.

Not sure of the size but it's a big industrial looking one from builders merchant.I can fit a king size sheet on thelongest sides, and roughly a load of washing on each side (6kg machine). I love it. Needed to be concerted in though.

I have a four pole rotary with a cover so you can leave clothes out in the rain to dry. Probably get two or three loads on there as I find if you put clothes on each line it doesn't dry if it's not very windy but that's the disadvantage of rotary over lines....

I have a 60m rotary line and a 9kg washing machine and can fit 4 loads at least on it. A king size bed set fits on with room to spare so it's fabulous for us.

I think mine is 40m. It's got 4 poles. I tend to do alternate lines so there's more air flow. It's certainly a lot more than I'd be able to get on a straight line in my garden, which is quite small. Also the tubey bit it goes into is level with the ground, so I can just remove the pole and mow straight over it.
