I can't believe I'm asking this, but what do you use to clean your bathroom?

So I've got to the grand old age of thirty-faux, and I'm only just asking this. I use a sponge, usual thing, one aide with a scourer on, the other a sponge pad. It drives me mad. It always has. Am I missing out on something much easier and more effective to use to clean the bathroom?

A side with a scourer, not an aide. Obviously if I had an aide I wouldn't need to ask!

Thick cloth, like a micro-cloth but for bathrooms, and Flash Bathroom spray. Old toothbrush for around the taps. Spray bleach for occasional tile brightening. Thick bleach down the loo. And I keep a roll of super -strong, large-sheet type paper towel in the airing cupboard - a couple of sheets of this & wipe down the surfaces & floor after a shower keeps everything fluff & drip free.

Sounds like I'm a bathroom cleaning obsessive

Thick bleach to just squirt round the loo, and the flushable wipes to wipe the toilet seat etc daily.

Bath and sink I squirt with whatever spray I bought last and then wipe with a microfibre cloth.

And that's so handy because I have some micro fibre cloths. Kitchen towel good tip too.

I use a little spongey thing and j-cloth or cotton rag, generally scrub with the sponge and rinse with the cloth. You can get bigger sponge things specially for cleaning baths, but not sure if that's what you already have.

A bigger version of the sponge/scourer pad from Waitrose, as kitchen ones are too fiddly. 'Method' all purpose spray because it smells of lavender.

Vistal Hard Surface Cleaner and a microfibre cloth is what I use. Vistal is just brilliant for getting rid of light limescale for exmaple on the shower glass and taps. It leaves a kind of polish so the water just beads off and it shines. They have a bathroom cleaner page on the web site which lists all the things it does

Usually just a microfibre cloth. But sometimes the bathroom spray made by whichever supermarket I was in at the time I needed it. I use a really fine ecloth for the mirrors and shower screen.

Finnchic - Thanks for recommending Vistal. I looked up the site and it seems v multipurpose and not packed with chemicals.

the JML magic eraser is great for tiles and taps. it leaves a cloudyness behind though so I do it before the cleaner bit. I have waterfall taps under a shower so they get quite limey otherwise.

I do a quick wipe round everyday with a squirt of generic bathroom cleaner and a microfiber cloth. We're in a hard water area so I have the orange topped cillit bang for occasional use to clear that off the taps.
