List for cleaner

I'm lucky enough to be engaging a cleaner next week. I know and trust her but would appreciate any tips on what needs to be one to do list.

She will be coming fortnightly between 2-3hrs to do a clean through.

So far my list is
Hoover through.
Mop Kitchen and Bathroom
Clean bathroom/downstairs toilet
Wipe work surfaces- mainly under microwave kettle etc
Skirting boards as and when- not important

Can anyone think of any thing else please?

Clean windows; dust ornaments/pictures/mirrors; clean kitchen unit doors.

mine does 2 hours weekly - list covers;

Vacuum throughout - 4 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, stairs & landing, lounge & playroom.
Sweep & mop hard floors - kitchen, utility, conservatory, hallway & downstairs loo (plus sometimes dining room but we hardly ever use it so she doesn't do it often).
Clean surfaces, mirrors, toilet & sink in en-suite, bathroom & downstairs loo. Plus bath in main bathroom.
Clean surfaces and sinks in kitchen & utility.
Clean surfaces in all rooms - coffee table, tv unit, bookcases, side tables, desks etc.

I've also asked her to work round the skirtings (ie a couple of rooms each week) but she doesn't often.

I am a cleaner and would do that each visit.
