Cleaning up on Monday I discovered one of the dc's had left a half drunk mug of hot choc (made with milk) on the window sill I knocked it over and wiped it quickly but some went into the crack of the window sill (old house, falling apart) gap is about 4mm wide so can't get anything down there.

So far I have put disinfectant, bleach, bi carb and fabreze down the gap but it still stenches SO bad.

Other than ripping window sill off what can I do? I'm scared to do that as whole wall might fall apart and we don't have the money to get. Builder in.

Blast from a steam cleaner into the gap should do it.

If you're really stuck and steam cleaner doesn't work, try pouring clear varnish (or even cheap nail varnish) in the same area/hole - old method of filling impossible holes in leaky boats.
