Poo stain on carpet!

I have a huge poo stain on my light grey carpet thanks to a friends baby leaving a cow pat in my front room!

I have vanished many times, shampooed many times and steamed the area a million times. The smell is gone but the lovely stain is still there for all to see!

Does anyone have any tips please?

The carpet spray in the Fuschia-pink bottle. Massage it into the pile with your fingertips, not a brush, or the pile goes frizzy. Sponge off afterwards, hoover when dry.
