oven pride for oven.

I found Fairy Power Spray good for oven - leave it for max 30 mins.

Hot soapy water and scouring sponge for emulsion on glass works quite well.

thanks girls the main thing's the paint on the window frames (sorry had joey on my lap for the first posting) althou DH actually helped me last night and in about 10 mins we did a big window - u know my reason - he does it quicker/better than me! lol. so lets see what can I use to bribe him with! lol.

hoover all skirting boards,
wash net curtains
mop kithchen floor with heavy duty cleaner.
dust everwhere
and for a sparkling toilet put white vinegar in it .
clean all mirrors with window cleaner.
clean radiators with hot water and fabric softner, will give off lovely smell.

ok for oven.

use like a tough scourer to polish metal rings
for the grids, soak in sing in fairy liq.

for grill.

clean the grids thingy with scourer and fairy liq , clean tray fir grill with fairy liq, dry.
put foil on base of tray.

foil inside oven grid things after you have scrubbed inside with oven spray.

clean all the knobs withspray and use window cleaner if you have glass door.

If you mean you have got splats of paint on windows, you can buy a scraper which you put a stanley knife blade in for next to nothing and it gets paint off very quickly. I am going to try the radiator thing, sounds lovely.

erm no, numb nuts over here didn't mask off the window frame when she painted the rooms, so on the edge of the plastic, they all have a lovely coating of magnolia paint on them! lol. I'm managing to get them back so far aftewr about an hour of scrubbing, was just wondering if there's a quick way - once they're close to the edge we'll re silocone them again to hide any excess! lol.

You could still try a razor blade, obviously very carefully as not to scratch the plastic too much. DH got some adhesive stuck on our windows once and the only way I could remove it was with a blade, then I wire wooled the area to get it nice again.

For ovens that "oven pride" is supposed to be very good. Costs £4-£5. My MIL used it and her oven sparkles. Mine is still inder the sink after a year coz I haven't got round to using it yet
