I love amazing smelling laundry! I use Fairy tablets and a nice smelling Lenor fabric conditioner but it just doesn't keep that nice smell once dried. Can anyone recommend detergent and/or fabric conditioner that will make my laundry smell amazing?
Thank you in advance Smile

I use my washing line, can't stand chemical smells.

I don't like the strong smell of some people's washing powder, etc. so it just doesn't bother. If things smelled bad or stale then I would worry.

I tried white vinegar once as a conditioner and although I only used a small amount, the smell of vinegar was strong so I had to re-wash everything. We live in an area with very soft water so perhaps that had something to do with it?

Oh maybe wow,I don't know!

I am a very hard water area though.

I also use white vinegar in an empty machine on a very hot wash to cure washing machine smells, and soak bo armpits in white vinegar and water to cure that -and I've never had a vinegary smell.

i agree that you get used to the smell, i love fairy and use it occasionally, when on offer, mainly on the bedding, s'lovely.

hate the strong smelling stuff like persil and arial and dont get me started on bold and daz

and a good blow on the line is a must

Persil is horrible.

Smells like a chemical factory on a smoggy day.

I've heard about making your own washing gloop.
Anyone do it, and got a 'recipe' ?
