Dri Buddy or Lakeland heated airer?

Which is best? Inclining to a Lakeland heated airer as looks more versatile. Trying to ease off on tumble dryer. No light hits our garden between November at February at best and rarely windy so line drying not worth it.

Have a dehumidifier and standard airer. Would the above be any better?

Thanks for all opinions.

Even though your garden doesn't get light or wind airing them drys them quicker when brought back insideSmile

Weelady77 Thanks, I'll try that.

The garden never got so dark when we moved in but vegetation opposite grew so high, drives me nuts.

I'm not keen on over radiators but have some over the door hangers. I was wondering if Dri-Buddy or Lakeland airer would be a good idea as well, with warming up the house.

How about a second hand spin dryer? Less water = less drying time on whatever you choose to finish the job.

Fluffycloudland77 - I never thought of that. I suppose I could even do another spin with the actual washer, there's a setting for spin only.

I have a Lakeland one and it is very good - but have never tried the other sort so can't compare.

LisaMedicus · 17/09/2013 14:30

SilasGreenback I'm hearing good things about both. Thank you for the recommendation, though.

I love my dri-buddy. It gets a whole loads of dh's shirts dry in just over an hour or so & they don't really need ironing then either! Not really any good for towels or bedding unless you keep re-folding it to let the wet bits get dried iyswim. I hand all pants & socks on one of those clippy things and bung that in too :-)

Have the Lakeland airer and am very happy with it but don't expect stuff to dry quickly - more hours than minutes.

Have the dri buddy and it's good for like 7-8 pieces, I use it to dry my son's school uniform and my work stuff every night. I keep it out in the shed though. With any of these things you risk all the condensation
