I'd like one to clean the kitchen/bathrooms/tiles and laminate flooring. Can anyone be kind enough to tell me if you like yours, which one you bought and if you'd recommend it!!

Many many thanks in advance.

I love mine its an x5 from the shopping channel. I use it everyday its quicker to dry on floors than a normal bucket and mop and less hassle. it does my windows mirrors, carpets, sofa and tiles etc. Best cleaning buy and has no chemicals but deodorises and doesn't affect my or family.

I have one, I've used it once - it scares me Wink In the same way my old pressure cooker used to scare me. I worry about the pressure.

I also don't know what I should use it for.

Nope, don't use mine - it's currently gathering dust in the garage. It's a faff, and leaves every surface very wet.

I have a Bissell lift off, use it pretty much most days (I have a dog Grin). It's easier and quicker to dry than mopping.

I have the Lakeland own brand floor cleaner and love it. Biggest gain is drying time - there isn't really any! - compared with mopping. Means I do it more regularly. I actually threw my mop away the other week...

I have the lakeland shark and use it constantly. Very easy to use. The first one I had was not as user friendly but I unconditionally recommend this one

I've just got the Karcher one to remove dried baby-sick from the carpet! It works. Very good on the oven hood. Good on carpets and the kitchen floor. I intend to use it as regularly as the vacuum cleaner but then I "intend" to hoover every day. Grin

Love mine, just hate using it!! In theory I would use it regularly for wooden floor, tiled floor, wall tiles in bathroom, grout cleaning, oven door, wood burner door.
It doesnt save time, but does clean better than doing these things by hand with mops, cloths.

Fluffycloudland77 · 05/08/2013 13:48

Took mine back to Costco for a refund.

Two kettles of boiling water, a cap of astonish floor cleaner and a vileda mop from homebargains is so much cheaper and quicker.

I really love my H2O X5. I use it on the kitchen floor tiles, carpets (small boy and 2 elderly cats), shower cubicle, toilets and rest of bathrooms, but not my laminate as it says must be professionally laid and waterproof - ours isn't (sorry DH)
Don't use it everyday, because I don't clean everyday!
