How long does a bottle of shower gel last you?

Just that really.

DH goes through a bottle approximately every 2 weeks or less which seems ridiculous to me. He showers once every day.

A bottle lasts me ages and I actually shower more often than he does

Some of the more expensive shower gels are actually more economical.

I had the Green People Shower Gel and it lasted a long time as you only needed a small amount. Now use that small amount with a body puff and it really does the job. It's just a matter of training the DC/DH to use the prescribed amount.

Same for their shampoo. I earmark it for my personal use - as I know how much to use each wash.

not sure because i have various ones on the go. i only use a little bit though, you dont need loads. If i used the same one every day, it would probably last me a couple of months. DH uses a bar of soap and goes through them a lot quicker than I would.

I cannot understand what those of you going through a bottle a week/fortnight are doing with it?!

I get through a big bottle every couple of months. Molton Brown or nice stuff lasts longer.

I've had two Bottles of soap and glory on the go since Xmas and alternate between the two! I've just finished one of them

I use Dr Bronner's (expensive but you only need a tiny bit so lasts ages) or a bar of soap. They last me months. I use with a body puff or brush, which makes them stretch a bit further.

We use about 4 bars of Dove soap a year. 2 adults and a toddler. Only DH uses it though. DS and I have irritable skin so we just use water.

A bottle of shower gel does us about 5 days.
Three of us currently at home DH and I shower twice a day DC once.
Yes just checked we buy 6 gels a month

I decant the DS's shower gel into an old hand wash pump bottle - they use much less now!
