Internal window clean

I booked an internal window clean. He also did the external ones for me, as my house is a 3 storey town house so my normal window cleaner doesn't do the top floor. He used a pure water pole system thing. He warned me it would leave a few droplet marks on the external ones, which should resolve with the second clean? But he has left quite a few streaks and lint on the internal ones too. I'm not impressed really. Advise needed please! I feel he should have done the external ones twice if that is indeed what it takes to get them clean without droplet marks rather than making me wait until the next clean in a months time. And as for the internal ones it looks like I have done them (and a prof window cleaner I am not).

I think you should complain to him and tell him you're not happy with the job he's done. At the very least, it will alert him that he's not delivering what he's promising.

I can't get windows streak-free, and it's something I worry about a lot. What I do is warn people that I will do my best but there's really no way of knowing if there are streaks until the late afternoon sun hits them and shows up all my mistakes. It's just my way of managing expectations and then I do my very best.

However, I think a window cleaner will be expected to achieve truly perfect results.

Get a glass e-cloth. It really does get them streak free!

I can't afford to buy e-cloths in the amount needed for my work, but I'd like to try one and see if it's something I should try to do.

Seriously worth the money. I bought a pack two years ago (PFB about chemicals with DS! Blush ) and I use them almost daily.

Just rinse them out with water as hot as you can stand and then once every 1-2 weeks, bung them though the machine with the towels at 60 degrees.

E-cloths are amazing, I love not using stinky Windolene or similar.

Just to add, normal E-cloth wet, then polishing E-cloth dry. Life changing Grin.
