How to store baby walker

Hi

I have a baby walker from mothercare - the one they sit in and play with activities around them. It's mostly plastic but the seat is a hard wearing fabric. It currently lives behind the sofa where it's next to the window and is showing some signs of mould. Dh says I should sell it before it looks too bad but I don't think well get anything for it.

How should I store it to ensure it keeps well (hoping to be pregnant soon).

Many thanks

Try mixing some bleach with water and seeing if this will clear the mould off.

How did a baby walker manage to get covered in mould, I mean it's not the type of item I would expect to get moldy.

It's not covered as such just a few spots. It's stored by a window which is a bit condensation like. Have managed to clean it up fine, don't want to use bleach as it might stain the fabric. Just don't want it to get worse

Does the fabric part come off? Most un clip as obviously babies can be sick etc in them.

I would just put in washing machine if so. Ten store fabric part in sealed bag once clean

We have use of a flat in Spain and a couple of years ago the extra buggy stored in the basement was covered in mould as the winter had been so wet, I scrubbed it out with washing up liquid.

Sell it and re-buy. These things are so easy to get hold of again and realistically it'll be another 18 months before it's needed again.
