Our one is broken and uneconomical to repair. Just as the 5 year parts warranty has run out. 
It was a hotpoint, and I've always been happy with the washer but unimpressed with the dryer so never used it. If the new washer drier actually works we might not live in a Chinese laundry all the time!
We don't have space for separate washer/dryer unfortunately.
