Can anyone help me set up a regular housework rota?

I'm about to give up work and be a SAHM and want to get as much of my seemingly never-ending housework sorted while the dc are at nursery.
I will have approx 2 childfree hours each day so I want to ensure I get everything done it that time so its not left until the evening when dp gets home.I want our time to be exactly that, not a evening of chores!
I'm thinking about trying to cover everything in 20 days,so obviously the usual day to day stuff but then adding in things that I would probably miss or never think of that if I do them regularly enough won't become a big task.
I have a 3 bed,2bathroom house,a dp and 3 year old twins and a cat if that is any more help?!

I really like the Simplicity of Rachel's cleaning routine ...haven't actually tried it yet but if I did I would probable do one like that one Grin
