Condensation in fridge

This is driving me nuts, it never used to do this! Now every time you go into the fridge there are pools of water soaking into everything. No matter how often you wash it all out and dry it all off it happens again.

What on earth could be causing this, and how do I fix it?

A physics explanation would be that the temp is too warm causing water vapour to condense out so have you tried turning the thermostat down? And check seal is closing properly of course which would increase the internal ambient temp & don't put warm things in as that would too.

water is supposed to condense on the back wall of the fridge.

It is supposed to run into a gutter fixed to the back wall, then through a hole in the back where a pipe leads it to an evaporation dish on top of the motor.

Most likely the drain hole in the gutter is blocked with food particles or mould. Clean and refit it according to the instruction book.

If the drain pipe itself is blocked, poke it with a non-sharp flexible object like a pipe cleaner or a plastic tie.

It is possible that the gutter has got dislodged.

If you have lost the instructions, download them from the manufacturers website.
