Ive managed to wash and tumble dry a very expensive brand of sweatshirt belonging to my DS and just noticed greasy marks all down the front.
It could be from yoghurt or mayonnaise or something, but how can I get it out now I,ve dried it . Another wash or rubbing with fairy liquid or something similar? Other times this has happened in the past,I haven't been able to remove it. What am I doing wrong? DS not happy by the way!

I would pre-treat it again and try giving it another go. Maybe let the pre-treating solution stay on it for awhile (an hour or so) before washing again. Good luck!

what powder or detergent did you use last time? What temperature?

is it a dark or strong colour?

what's it made of?

Fairy liquid. Put on the stain, rub in, wash in machine again.

This works amazingly well.

Just seen the replies, thanks , I'll try the Fairy liquid then and see.
