What is wrong with my fridge/freezer? [sad]

I have a Beko fridge freezer that is 3 years old (nearly). The fridge part is on the top. Both fridge and freezer are the sort that "de-ice" themselves.
I am getting water on the floor of the fridge part and in the chiller box at the bottom of the fridge. I thought it was the little drain hole on the back of the fridge that had become blocked but I have cleared this out and the channel that runs water into it and it is still happening!
It seems to me ( from looking when the water has started to form in the bottom) that it might be condensing there rather than running down from the back wall of the fridge as the pattern of water drops seems "condens-y" rather than "rivulet -y" iykwim!

What is happening? How can I stop it? ATM I have to wipe the fridge out every couple of days!

Unplug it and pull it away from the wall. Look at the evaporation dish on top of the motor. It will be full of disgusting grime and mould. Clean it out. Don't let water drip or splash onto any electrical part. Examine the plastic drain tube that leads to it. Is it blocked at that end? was it blocked at the end inside the fridge? Is the gutter on the back wall inside the fridge properly connected to the tube and the wall? if you pour water into the gutter, does it run into the tube and out into the evaporation dish at the back? You may have to look at your instruction book to see how the gutter is supposed to fit. It can usually come out for cleaning.

Thank you for this advice. I checked the drain and gutter inside the fridge thoroughly. They had a bit of stuff but not enough (IMO) to cause a total blockage. The gutter is moulded onto the wall at the back of the fridge so it can't come disconnected from the drain hole. It doesn't remove for cleaning. As far as I can see, the gutter is not actually overflowing - eg, there is water in the bottom of the fridge, but when I put my finger in the gutter, the water there doesn't seem to be up to the top!

I will try and look at the back of the fridge freezer but the only problem is that it is very big and heavy and in a tight space! My decorator managed to move it when he was decorating the kitchen, but damaged my kitchen lino ( only a tiny bit) in the process! Any suggestions at to an easy way to move it?

you can spray WD40 on the floor under the feet, that makes it slide easier. If the surface is rough or the feet have sunk into dents it will be more difficult.

Taking all the food out makes it lighter.

Great idea thanks. I will try it and feed back!

I am still in need of help. Sad

The WD40 advice made the fridge-freezer very easy to move (thank you PigletJohn) but I don't think it is the drain tube that is the problem. The evaporation dish had a bit of gunk in it which I cleaned out, but not enough to block anything. I poured some water into the gutter at the back of the inside of the fridge and it came down through the drain tube freely and easily so I am sure there are no blockages there.

I did wonder whether for some reason water was condensing in the bottom of the fridge. Does anyone else thing this might be the case and if so, is there a way to "cure" it?

Sometimes if there are things touching the back wall water will track down them
